Allyson Breyfogle
Level II Executive Coach
Allyson's career has always been centered around learning and development. With over 20 years of experience, she has coached teachers and administrators in Colorado's public school system, working in both urban and rural districts.
Her background is enriched by an international perspective, having grown up in France and the United States. She has led professional development initiatives in India as a Fulbright Scholar and in Niger as a consultant for the International Rescue Committee (IRC).
Currently, Allyson balances her coaching practice with moderating seminars for the Aspen Institute Community Programs in Aspen, Colorado, both virtually and in person. She is also furthering her expertise with a degree in Adult Learning in a Global Context from the University of Linkoping, Sweden.
Her transition from educator and moderator to coach was driven by a desire to focus on the human element in a world that often overlooks it. Coaching allows her to support individuals through periods of transition, facilitating transformation and growth. The results are consistently positive, often exceeding initial expectations.
A life well lived is a priority for Allyson, and she believes that everyone's journey matters. She is dedicated to working with clients to make their journeys exceptional.
