Where Growth Begins:

This is where the magic happens. Consider the dynamic between learning, being, and doing. A coach’s primary objective is to keep the focus on all three and aid in identifying where you are in the spectrum.

Learning creates an agency to become someone better or different. Being builds confidence in your ability to set and obtain goals. Doing highlights pathways or opportunities for continued learning. This cycle, which we call growth, ideally repeats itself again and again in our lives.

Sometimes we get stuck, and that's ok. One-on-one coaching sessions can have a profound effect and get the ball rolling again.
